Queensland. Founded by Anthony Russo in 1996, Pizza Capers had grown to 24 stores by the end of 2007, with several additional stores to be opened early in 2008. The 33 stores consist of 21 franchises and 12 corporate stores. The fact that 70% of existing franchisees are currently in process of purchasing their second, (and in several cases, third) store, is a testament to the success of the operation.
