1. The promoter is Pizza Capers C/- PO Box 821, Kenmore Qld 4069
2. Entry into the promotion is open to anyone who resides in Australia with a business card, who places the card in the collection jar (excluding staff members of Pizza Capers). Entrants may enter no more than once.
3. The prize is 1 x AUD $20.00 Pizza Capers voucher which must be used by the winner for Pizza Capers product. Vouchers can be used for pick-up or take-away only (no delivery). Prizes are not transferable or exchangable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for a period of 3 months from date of collection of voucher. The voucher must be collected from the store by the winner (or other person nominated in writing by the winner)
4. The business card promotion opens on the 1st day of the month and finishes at the close of business on the last day of the calendar month to which the draw refers. The draw will be conducted within 5 business days following close of business on the last day of the calendar month.
5. There will be 1 winner per month for the group of stores.
6. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone. If the winner of the promotion cannot be contacted within 3 months of the conclusion of the promotion, all entries will be placed back into the business card collection jar and another winning entry will be drawn. Other than for promotional purposes, results will not be formally published but will be kept securely in the promotion log.
7. All entries become the property of the Promoter - Pizza Capers. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of cards for the purpose of future promotions and/or marketing activities unless otherwise advised by entrants.
